「Amber 講習会」 開催のお知らせ

情報基盤研究開発センターでAmber講習会を開催します。
AMBERは分子力学・動力学計算シミュレーションプログラムのパッケージです。
溶媒水分子の配置や電荷のフィッティングを行なうビルダーモジュールなどのプログラムが多数用意されています。
先生方や研究者の方はもちろん、学生も参加可能です。 ご興味のある方はぜひお申し込みください。

Research Institute for Information Technology at Kyushu University will hold An Amber training session.
AMBER is a package of molecular mechanics and dynamics simulation programmes.
A number of programmes are available, including a builder module for solvent-water molecule configuration and charge fitting.
Teachers and researchers as well as students are welcome to participate. Interested parties are encouraged to register.
